MIG

Welsco carries a broad line of MIG welding machines (also called wire welders). Single phase MIG welders are used for light fabrication, maintenance and repairs in garages, body shops, farms and ranch environments. Three-phase MIG welders can be used in manufacturing and fabrication.

TIG

Welsco carries a full line of TIG welders. Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. Typical applications for TIG welding machines include automotive, motorsports, aviation, fabrication, manufacturing and maintenance.

Stick

Stick welders for shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) use stick electrodes to weld mild steel, low alloy, stainless steels, cast iron, and hardfacing for repair, maintenance, and fabrication. These machines are capable of welding a wide range of materials and thicknesses in the shop or in the field.

Engine Driven

Engine driven welders provide stick, TIG and wire welding in even the most extreme environments and are available in gas, diesel or LPG models. Combine DC and/or AC welding with AC generator power for lights, grinders and other tools. Portable models allow you to set up almost anywhere.

Multi-Process

A multi-process welder does more than one process. Some do TIG, Stick, and MIG, and some do TIG, Stick, and Plasma cut. Welsco has quite a few different models to choose from.

Automation

Businesses of all sizes can benefit from automation. Welsco has helped companies with as few as two employees purchase welding automation equipment and they have experienced great success on many levels, including performance, payback and new technology applications.
